摘要
兼有理论支撑、政策引导和内在需求,地方本科院校尤其是新建地方本科院校已成为转型发展的生力军。影响地方本科院校转型发展的主要因素,可以归纳为思想观念的转变、内部结构性问题、开放协同培养机制的落实,以及适应转型发展的师资队伍等。广东省部分地方本科院校沿着思路转变为先导、结构优化为基础,以体制机制创新为动力和教学模式变革为重点的路径探索转型发展。
With theoretical support, policy guidance and internal demand,local universities, especially local newly-founded colleges and universities have become the main force in the transformation development. The main factors affecting the transformation and development of local universities can be summarized as the transformation of ideological concept, the internal structural problems, the implementation of open cooperative training mechanism, and the teaching staff, etc. Guided by the transformation of ideas, based on structure optimization, focusing on innovation of system mechanism and the reform of teaching mode, some local colleges and universities in Guangdong province are exploring their transformation and development.
