摘要
由于医学科学研究的需要,各类疾病动物模型被广泛用于研究人类疾病的发生发展机制、药物筛选以及治疗评价等。创建人类疾病的动物模型,可严格地控制病因、遗传背景、环境因子等,也可跟踪性研究动物模型病症的发生、发展、治疗反应和结局等。疝是人类的常见多发病,长期以来由于缺乏理想的动物模型,上述方向研究发展迟缓,治疗技术改进不大。新型手术治疗方法摆在众多临床医师面前,开展新型疝修补术需要在大量动物实验基础上才能进入临床实验,缺乏稳定的动物模型是目前比较棘手的问题之一。本文中通过概述疝动物模型,希望总结出建立疝疾病研究动物模型行之有效的办法以及判定标准,为疝病相关研究所需的稳定疾病动物模型提供一定的参考和支撑。
Due to the needs of medical science research, various animal models of diseases are widely used to study the mechanism of human disease development, drug screening and treatment evaluation. The best strategy for research into human diseases is to use animal models that mimic the genesis, course, drug response and outcomes of human disease and where the etiology, genetic background and environmental factors can be strictly controlled, unfeasible in clinical studies of humans. Hernia is a common human disease, for a long time, due to the lack of ideal animal model, so that research progress is slow and little improvement in treatment technology. New surgical treatment methods placed in front of many clinicians, to carry out the new hernia repair needs on the basis of a large number of animal experiments in order to enter clinical trials. The lack of a stable animal model is one of the mainly difficult problems. In this paper, through the introduction of hernia model, hoping to explore the establishment of an animal model of hernia into an effective method and determine the standard. And to lay a foundation for providing a stable hernia model for future hernia-related studies.
