不育男性精液常规参数与年龄、精子DNA碎片率和精子顶体功能的相关性研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨不育患者精液常规参数与年龄、精子DNA碎片率和精子顶体功能存在的相关性。方法选择2015年3月-2016年2月期间在本院接受体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的112例不育男性患者,按照年龄将患者进行分组,对其实施精液常规、精子DNA碎片率和顶体功能检测,观察分析两组数据中精液常规参数与精子功能参数存在的相关性。结果年龄>40岁组患者精子DNA碎片率显著高于年龄≤40岁组(P<0.05);精液常规参数与不育男性年龄负相关;两组患者精液常规参数与其精子DNA碎片率和精子顶体功能之间均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论精子DNA碎片率及顶体功能作为精液常规以外的检测手段,对不育男性患者精液质量评估、不孕原因分析以及生育能力评估具有重要的指导意义。 Objective To study the correlation between infertility male semen routine parameter and some factors including age,sperm DNA fragmentation rate and sperm acrosome function. Methods A total of 112 infertile male patients who are treated by in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET) in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2016 were selected,grouped according to the patients age,tested the implementation rate of semen routine,sperm DNA fragments and acrosome function,observed and analysis of two groups of data correlation between semen routine parameters and sperm function. Results Male patients more than 40 years old with sperm DNA fragments were significantly higher than age 40 years old or less group(P〈0.05);Semen routine parameters showed a negative correlation with male age;Two groups of patients semen routine parameters and its rate of sperm DNA fragments and there were significant differences between sperm acrosome function(P〈0.05). Conclusion the rate of sperm DNA fragments and acrosome functions as semen routine detection means,in patients with infertility male semen quality assessment,analyzing the causes of infertility,and fertility assessment has important guiding significance.
