摘要
近年来,随着用电信息采集系统的大力推广,用电信息采集规模日渐庞大,数据深化应用不断加强,对系统的运行维护工作也随之扩大,迫切的运维需求与落后的运维能力不匹配等问题逐渐凸显出来。文章提出运用大数据多维分析技术,从异常工单智能化派发、异常工单智能处理和采集运维多维度质量评价3方面入手,对整体采集运维工作进行优化,从而提升整体运维效率和质量,提高管理水平。
In recent years, with the vigorous promotion of electricity information collection system, the growing scale of the power of information gathering and the continuing improvement of data deepening applications, the system operation and maintenance has been expanded, there is a problem that the poor maintenance capability cannot meet the operation and maintenance needs to be solved. In this paper, a multi-dimensional analysis technique for large-scale data collection is proposed to optimize the overall operation and maintenance of collection from three aspects including intelligent dispatching of abnormal work orders, intelligent processing of abnormal work orders and multi-dimensional quality evaluation of acquisition and operation. It can improve the overall operation efficiency and quality, as well as the management level.
