摘要
以40份已知抗性级别的玉米自交系为试材,采用优化的苗期室内接种技术接种丝黑穗病菌并检测,将侵染率与历年田间平均发病率进行回归分析,进而确定该评价方法的抗性分级标准,最终组装形成完整的评价技术体系。结果表明,苗期室内接种病菌后40份玉米自交系的侵染率与历年平均田间接种发病率之间存在极显著正相关,相关系数r=0.857 0,回归方程为y=0.000 4x^3-0.066 7x^2+3.813 7x+17.494。抗性分级标准:侵染率0~20.0%为高抗,20.1%~40.0%为抗病,40.1%~50.0%为中抗,50.1%~90.0%为感病,90.1%~100%为高感。
Forty inbred lines with known resistance level were infected maize head smut by optimizing infec- tion method indoor at seedling stage. Regression analysis was used to treat the average incidence rate in the field in- oculation and indoor inoculation. Then the resistance level evaluation standard of maize head smut indoor inocula- tion should be established, and be assembled to an integrated evaluation system. The result showed that a positive correlation was obtained between the average incidence rate of 40 inbred lines in the field inoculation and in- door inoculation. The correlation coefficient was 0.8570, and the regression equation was y= 0.000 4x^3 - 0.066 7x^2 + 3.813 7x + 17.494. The resistance level evaluation standard was emerged based on different incidence rate, high re- sistance(0-20.0%), resistance(20.1%-40.0%), moderate resistance(40.1%-50.0%), sensitivity(50.1%-90.0%), and high sensitivity (90.1%- 100%).
