高压变频器变工频切换改造在高扬程供水系统中的应用

摘要 针对地下泵站高压变频器变频转工频过程中,由于高压电动机短暂失电造成水泵输出功率降低,而出水管高扬程、大流量水流致使水泵及高压电动机瞬间倒转,从而导致电源开关跳闸、对水泵机械冲击等安全隐患问题,提出在工频旁路回路增加串联同期限流柜的改造措施,通过对改造后的系统进行空载和负荷运行测试,新系统满足高压变频器在切换转换过程中高压电动机不失电、平稳切换的要求。 During the process of Variable Frequency( VF) to Work Frequency( WF) Switching of high voltage inverter in underground pump station,due to the output power of the pump is reduced due to the transient loss of the high voltage motor,and the water pump and high voltage motor will be instantaneous reversal caused by the high lift of outlet pipe and large flow so as to result in the security problem of power switch trip and mechanical impact of pump,the paper The paper puts forward the measures to increase the series of the same period flow cabinet in the power frequency bypass circuit. Through no-load test and load test,the new-designed system is in conformity with that the high voltage motor has a non-dropout in power and smooth switch in the switching process.
