摘要
城市是人地相互作用十分强烈的地区,具有典型的弹性特征.在弹性城市理念和内涵的基础上,构建城市弹性评价指标体系和评估模型,运用熵值法和灰色关联分析法对大连市城市弹性及城市子系统弹性指数进行评估,并在此基础上分析影响城市弹性的主要因素.结果表明:(1)2004—2014年间,大连市城市弹性程度整体上呈现上升的态势,弹性指数由2004年的0.252上升至2014年的0.723,目前已处于较高弹性水平;(2)城市子系统弹性中除城市生态弹性程度呈现明显的倒V型外,其他城市子系统弹性程度均有较大提升;(3)城市弹性的主要影响因素是城市经济发展水平不高、高端人才缺乏以及基础设施不够完善.建议通过改变经济增长方式,鼓励民营企业发展,培养高端人才,完善城市基础设施建设等措施,提高大连市城市弹性水平.
City is of very strong interaction between areas,and typical elastic characteristics. Taking the typical coastal city of Dalian and using the qualitative analysis, we build urban flexible evaluation index system and evaluation model. By using entropy method and the grey correlation degree of each subsystem, we make an analysis of the main factors influencing the elasticity of city. The results show that-@the rising volatility of elastic degree,elasticity index from 0. 252 in 2004 to 0. 723 in 2014,is now in a higher level of elastic. （~） City subsystem of the urban ecological elastic degree presents obvi- ous inverted ＂V＂,other subsystems have significant flexibility. @ The main factors influencing urban elastic is that the level of economical development is not high,lack of top talent and inadequate infra structure. Suggestion are given about changing the economic growth model, encouraging the develop- ment of private enterprises, cultivating talents, improving the urban infrastructure construction, im- proving the level of elasticity of Dalian city.
