摘要
二苯酮的制备是有机化学综合性专业实验的重要内容,在指导学生进行实验过程中,通过仔细观察和交流,发现了该实验常遇到的一些问题。本文对出现的问题进行了系统的分析,并提出了相应的改进方法,改进后的实验方案简化了实验过程,提高了收率,体现了明显的优越性。改进实验方案对有利于培养学生学习有机化学实验的兴趣并提高了其积极性,而且加深了学生对做好有机化学实验的体会和认识。
The synthesis of benzophenone is one of the most important technical organic experiments in universities. Some problems and defects of traditional procedure of this experiment were found and the reasons were discussed. The problems were analyzed, and the corresponding improvement method was put forward, which simplified the procedure and improved the reported reaction efficiency. Improving the experimental program was conducive to not only cultivate students to learn Organic Chemistry experiments interest and improve their enthusiasm, but also deepen the students understanding and cognition of Inorganic Chemistry experiment.
