都匀毛尖茶中27种矿物元素的高通量检测方法研究

摘要 使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)在用国标方法检测16种稀土和铝的同时检测锌、铁、铜、锰、钙、镁、钾、钠、磷、硫这10种矿物元素,通过与电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)在国标方法下检测锌、铁、铜等元素的结果对比得到其相对误差,同时对所有元素进行回收率实验,从最终统计数据我们认为用ICP-MS对都匀毛尖茶中27种矿物元素的高通量检测所得结果准确可靠,方法可行。 International standard method was used to assay 16 kinds of rare earth and aluminums while assaying 10 mineral elements including zincum, iron, copper, manganese, calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus and sulphuriron by inductively counpled plasma source mass spectrometer (ICP-MS). Compared with the results of assaying zincum, iron, copper, etc, through inductively counpled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) under international standard method, the relative errors between them were obtained, the recovery rate of the whole elements was also experimented. Therefore, the final statistical data showed that the way of high-through assaying the 27 mineral elements in Duyun Maojian tea should be considered as precise and reliable.
