摘要
心肌肥厚是心力衰竭、猝死及心律失常等心血管疾病的重要危险因素。随着分子生物学技术的飞速发展,压力超负荷性心肌肥厚的发病机制研究已经进行到细胞、分子,乃至基因水平。本文拟对近年来压力超负荷性心肌肥厚的发病机制做一综述,以便为科研、临床研究提供思路。
Cardiac hypertrophy is an important risk factor for cardiovascular diseases which can lead to heart failure, sudden death or arrhythmia. With the rapid development of molecular biology technology, the study on pathogenesis of pressure overload-induced cardiac hypertrophy has been carried out at the cellular, molecular and even genetic level. This paper reviewed the pathogenesis of pressure overload-induced cardiac hypertrophy in recent years so as to provide ideas for scientific and clinical research.
