The Effect of CSTR -UASB Two -phase Anaerobic System on Degradation of Sugar Wastewater

摘要 CSTR—UASB两相厌氧反应器原理如下:装运箱使用复合红糖水作为发酵底物,液体的最终产品是UASB的反应底物。污水处理厂的污泥的污泥开始反应堆。反应器运行稳定后,我们可以研究其影响两相厌氧CSTR—UASB系统通过改变有机负荷。结果表明,氢气从厌氧污泥生产能力将继续上升的六个阶段的内容有机负荷逐渐提高,有机负荷达到最大后,制氢的能力已经达到最大。甲烷与有机负荷的数量将首先增加然后减少。我们发现,有机负荷是28公斤/(133^3·d)与此同时,总COD去除率达到最大。因此,CSTR—UASB两相厌氧系统对红糖具有良好降解废水,这使得不同的废水再利用。 Principles of CSTR - UASB two - phase anaerobic reactor are as follows : CSTR uses the compounded brown sugar water as a fermentative substrate, whose liquid end product is the reactive substrate of UASB. The sludge in Sewage treatment plant is as the starting sludge of reactor. After the reactor runs stably, we can study its effect on the two - phase anaerobic CSTR - UASB system by changing the organic load. The results show that hydrogen productive capacity from the anaerobic sludge will continue to rise by the six stages that the content of the organic load improves gradually, and after the organic load achieves maximum, the capacity of hydrogen production has reached its maximum. The amount of methane with organic load will increase firstly then decrease. We find that the organic load is 28 kg/( m^3 · d) at the same time, the total COD removal rate will reach a maximum. Therefore, CSTR - UASB two - phase anaerobic system has good degradation for brown sugar wastewater, which has made a difference in terms of reusing wastewater.
