Research Progress of Plant SNP and its Application in Sugar Beet

摘要 单核苷酸多态性(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)标记是植物遗传和育种研究中重要的分子标记,甜菜(Beta vulgaris ssp.vulgaris)是一种重要的产糖作物,本文综述了主要的SNP检测方法,介绍了一些植物SNP数据库,以及SNP在甜菜中的研究与应用进展,旨在为理解和研究SNP在植物特别是甜菜中的应用提供参考。 Single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) is an important molecular marker in plant genetic and breeding research. Beta vulgaris ssp. vulgaris is an important sugar - producing crop. In this paper, main methods applied in SNP research, some plant SNP database, progress of current SNP research and application in sugar beet were reviewed. The aim of this article was to provide a reference for understanding and studying the application of SNP in plants, especially sugar beet.
