直出式绿激光前列腺剥离汽化术与传统绿激光汽化术治疗大体积BPH的疗效比较 被引量:8

摘要 选择性绿激光前列腺汽化术(photoselectiveva.porizationofprostate,PVP)已经有近20年的历史。历经多年的临床实践,绿激光治疗BPH具有许多突出优点,比如术中及术后出血少,无液体吸收,安全可靠,尤其适合于高危高龄患者等等。
