摘要
心肌纤维化是心肌正常组织结构中出现的以成纤维细胞增殖、胶原过度沉积及异常分布为主要表现的病变。微小核糖核酸(miRNAs)是一类内源性非编码的长度约为22 bp的单链RNA,通过与其靶基因mRNA互补配对,在转录后水平介导基因调控。近年来研究发现,miRNAs在心肌纤维化形成过程中发挥重要的调节作用,作为心肌纤维化预防和治疗的靶点,受到越来越多关注。
Myocardial fibrosis is a pathological process characterized by fibroblast proliferation and collagen deposition, which occurs in the normal structure of the myocardium. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of endogenous, non-coding RNA of approximately 22 nucleotides in length, regulating gene expression at post-transcriptional level by complementary pairing with the target gene mRNA. Recent studies have showed that miRNAs play an important role in the formation of myocardial fibrosis, therefore, much attention has been paid to miRNAs as they may serve as targets for prevention and treatment of myocardial fibrosis.
