摘要
提出了利用管输煤浆制备型煤的工艺路线,采用不同成型水分、成型模具、添加剂及添加量进行冷压成型试验,提出了最佳的成型参数,最后通过汽车公路运输进行了实际验证,为管道输煤工程终端煤的二次转运提出了切实可行的工艺途径。
The process route of preparing briquette by using coal slurry in coal pipeline project was put forward, and the briquette experimental parameters were obtained by using different raw coal moisture, different molds, and different additives and different adding amount, and then verified by road transportation. It has provided a feasible method for secondary transportation of coal at the terminal of coal slurry pipeline project.
