摘要 为了解决涪陵区块页岩气水平井在钻进中遇到的地层可钻性差,直井段茅口组钻速慢,以及定向段托压问题,开展了?228 mm射流冲击器的研制工作。通过对?228 mm射流冲击器进行结构参数优化、台架性能测试和现场施工工艺优化,形成了?228 mm射流冲击器直井段提速和定向段防托压2套技术。在涪陵二开茅口组和韩家店组的应用中,进尺797.14 m,纯钻时间97.9 h。茅口组钻进机械钻速为8.6 m/h,韩家店组钻进机械钻速为13.1 m/h,较邻井同比提速45%以上,较上部相邻井段提高93.4%。现场应用结果表明:该射流冲击器可提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期,降摩减阻效果明显。 To address the issues ol shale gas horizontal well drilling in Block Fuling like poor drillability, low ROP in Maokou formation in the vertical section and weight stack in the directional section, so as to increase ROP and shorten drilling cycle, 0228 mm jet impactor development, bench test and lield applications have been conduc-ted. Through structural parameter optimization, bench performance test and the on-site operation technology optimi-zation, 2 sets ol technologies ol 0228 mm jet impactor, i. e. ROP increase in vertical section and weight stack pre-vention in directional section, have been developed. Field applications have been conducted in Maokou group and Hanjiadian group in the second spud in Block Fuling, where the main lithology are limestone and mudstone. The to-tal footage was 797. 14 m, and the total drilling time was 97. 9 h. The ROP in the Maokou group and Hanjiadian group was 8. 6 and 13. 1 m/h respectively, which is 45% higher than that of the offset wells and 93. 4 % higher than that ol the upper lormation. Friction and drag reduction perlormance was also signilicant.
