摘要
近年来,随着我国经济水平的快速发展,人们的生活水平也有了显著的提高,在这种情况下,人们的眼光不再局限于仅仅解决个人的温饱问题,而是着眼于发展各类建筑工程,随着这类工程数量的增加,其在施工过程中暴露出来的问题也越来越多,这些问题集中体现在建筑工程造价预结算和成本管理之间。由于在建筑工程施工的过程中,其工程的造价预结算对成本管理有着重大的影响,因此,为了减少建筑工程项目在实施过程中的损失,必须对建筑工程的造价预结算与建筑工程施工过程中的成本管理之间的关系进行一个具体的分析。
