摘要
随着社会的不断发展,一种新的人才需求模式——创新型人才需求已经诞生,对高校对人才的培养提出了新的挑战。机械专业为适应不断变化的人才需求,创新型人才培养模式得到前所未有的发展。在这种新型人才培养模式下,对机械专业的培养理念、教学方法、师资队伍以及学校的管理等都发生了巨大的变化。本文以西安文理学院机械专业为例,浅谈了该校大学生实践能力培养的方法,列举出了本校在机械专业实践能力培养方面采取的一些措施。
With the continuous development of society, a new demand for talent of innovative talent demand has been born, which hasput forward new challenges to the training of talents in colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the changing needs of talents, the training mode of innovative talents in mechanical engineering specialty has been developed unprecedentedly. In this new mode of personneltraining, the training concept, teaching methods, teaching staff and the management of the school have changed greatly. In this paper, takingthe mechanical specialty of Xi＇an University as an example, the paper discusses the methods of cultivating the students＇ practical ability, and lists some measures in the training of practical ability.
