摘要
分析了设计与建造一体化模式的优缺点,探讨了该模式中计价特征、造价构成、合同形式选择及造价管理的特点,并从发包方、承包方及审计方三方面,阐述了造价管理的方法及主要环节,有利于促进国内设计—建造模式的快速发展。
Analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of design and construction integration mode, discussed the characteristics of pricing fea-ture ,cost composition, contract type selection and cost management in this mode, and from the employer, contractor and audit three aspects, elaborated the cost management methods and key link, conducive to promot the rapid development of domestic design and construction mode.
