计量磅秤中磅桶振动的优化设计

摘要 针对某一型号磅秤的真空输送系统中的磅桶,使用有限元法对其进行模态分析和瞬态动力学分析。从共振频率、振源位置、激励强度3个方面分析了影响结构振动的相关因素并找出其变化规律,提出了改进磅桶振动的方案。通过模态分析得到最佳振型频率范围为240 Hz-340 Hz,应避免380 Hz附近的频段;通过瞬态动力学分析得知,在0°投影交线距下端面720 mm处是最佳振动点以及可以根据工况选择适当功率的空气锤。 This paper uses the finite element method to make the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis. for the pound buck-et in the vacuum conveying system of a certain type weighing machine, It also analyzes the related factors having influence of the resonance frequency, vibration source location and incentive strength on the structure vibration and finds out its change rule, and then , puts forward the way to improve the bucket vibration. Its optimal frequency is 240 Hz -340 Hz. Near 380 Hz frequency should be left. Through transient dynamic analysis,it is known that the optimal vibrating point is at the and face 720 mm under the 0° projection line, thus choosing air hammer with appropriate power according to the work condition.
