战斗机飞行事故后飞行员氧化应激指标动态变化 被引量:2

Dynamic changes of oxidative stress parameters in pilots after fighter jet crash

摘要 目的分析飞行事故后飞行员氧化应激指标变化规律及意义,为实施科学、有效的心理干预及介入时机提供参考。方法选取2014-06-15空军某部歼-10战斗机飞行事故中飞行员29名作为研究组,于事故后3 d抽血进行丙二醛、皮质醇、巯基、过氧化氢酶(catalase,CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、总抗氧化物能力(total antioxidant capacity,TAC)各项氧化应激指标测量;同时选取空军某部同一型号战斗机飞行员22名作为对照组进行相同氧化应激指标测量;心理危机干预1个月后再对研究组重测上述生化指标。结果 (1)除巯基外,研究组事故后3 d丙二醛、皮质醇、CAT、SOD、TAC水平与对照组相比,均显著升高(t=-0.750、-2.742、-1.687、-3.345、-2.825,P<0.017);(2)除巯基外,研究组事故后1个月各项氧化应激指标水平与事故后3 d相比,均显著降低(t=0.316、2.693、3.031、5.222、2.008,P<0.017)。结论 (1)飞行事故后飞行员在应激状态下部分氧化应激指标会发生可预见性、规律性的变化;(2)及时开展心理干预对飞行事故后飞行员波动的生化指标有明显的可逆作用,能明显减少事故后产生的进一步心身伤害;(3)对飞行事故后飞行员进行心理干预时,可将生化指标监测作为衡量其心身健康恢复程度的参考技术指标之一。 Objective The objective of the study was to analyse the variation and significance of oxidative stress parameters in pilots after a flight accident, and provide a reference for the implementation of scientific and effective psychological intervention, and the timing of such intervention. Methods A total sample of 29 pilots from a troop of the Chinese Air Force, who experienced a J-10 fighter jet crash, were selected as the study group. Oxidative stress parameters including malondialdehyde, catalase, superoxide dismutase, cortisol, hydrosulphonyl, and (TAC) were measured at 3 days after the accident. At the same time, 22 pilots from the same type fighter jet of a troop of the Chinese Air Force were selected as the control group, in which the same six parameters mentioned above of them were also measured. After psychological crisis intervention, the same biochemical indicators of the study group were re-measured. Results (1) Compared with the control group, the oxidative stress parameters of the study group were significantly higher at 3 days after the flight accident with the exception of hydrosulphonyl (t=-0.750, -2.742, -1.687, -3.345, -2.825;P〈0.017). (2) The oxidative stress parameters of the study group at 1 month after the accident were significantly higher, with the exception of hydrosulphonyl in which there was no difference, as compared with those of the study group at 3 days after the accident (t=0.316, 2.693, 3.031, 5.222, 2.008;P〈0.017). Conclusions (1) After a flight accident, some oxidative stress parameters of the pilots in the state of stress will change predictably and regularly; (2) Timely psychological intervention after the flight accident produces an obviously reversible effect on the fluctuating oxidative stress parameters of the pilots and can significantly reduce the further physical and psychological harm caused by the accident; (3) During the psychological intervention for pilots following an accident, the biochemical indicators can b
