摘要
农村公共服务体系存在非均等化是导致福建农村公共服务供给侧存在问题的根本原因。福建农村公共服务的财政支出增长缓慢,公共服务供给不足,城乡基本公共服务出现供需失衡。供给效率低、结构不合理、地区差异大是供需失衡的主要原因,应合理配置公共服务产品供给,加强地方政府间协同合作,完善农村公共服务供给决策机制,促进公共服务共享均等化。
The non - equality of basic public services is the root cause for the problems existed in the supply side of rural public service in Fujian province. The financial expenditure of rural public service in Fujian is slow,the pub-lic service is inadequate, and the basic public service in urban and rural areas is imbalance between supply and de-mand .The supply inefficiency, the unreasonable structure and the regional difference are the main reasons for the sup-ply and demand imbalances. So we should reasonably configure the supply of public service products and strengthen the cooperation between local governments, improve the supply and decision mechanism of rural public service and promote public service sharing.
