摘要
目的探讨结肠癌患者行完整肠系膜切除术的效果,评定其临床治疗价值。方法在2014年8月—2015年8月期间,该院共收治结肠癌患者共70例,采用计算机表法的形式将其平均分成研究组和参照组,每组患者各为35例,其中研究组患者行完整肠系膜切除术治疗,参照组患者行常规结肠癌根治术治疗,对两组患者手术过程中以及手术后的各项指标进行对比分析。结果两种患者通过不同的手术方法治疗后,研究组患者的术中出血量(100.25±60.04)mL、淋巴结清扫数(32.05±4.64)个和参照组患者(162.64±60.05)mL、(27.75±3.86)个比较,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在手术时间指标比较中,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其中研究组患者指标为(2.68±0.39)min,参照组为(2.70±0.45)min。结论将完整肠系膜切除术应用于结肠癌患者的治疗中,具有极为显著的临床价值,且不会对术后并发症发生率产生影响,这对于临床研究具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of complete mesenteric resection in patients with colon cancer and evaluate its clinical value.Methods A total of 70 patients with colorectal cancer were enrolled in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015.They were divided into study group and reference group in the form of computer table method,35 patients in each group The patients in the study group underwent complete mesenteric resection,and the patients in the reference group were treated with routine radical resection of colon cancer.The indexes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After two patients treated with different surgical methods,the blood vocume(100.25±60.04)mL was in the study group's patients,the number of lymph node dissection(32.05±4.64),and the patients in the study group(162.64±60.05)mL,(27.75±3.86),and the patients in the study group were treated with different surgical methods.In the comparison,the data showed a difference of(P<0.05),and there was no difference in(P>0.05) in the comparison of the operation time index.The index of the study group was(2.68±0.39)min and the reference group was(2.70± 0.45)min.Conclusion The application of intact mesenteric resection in the treatment of colon cancer patients has a very significant clinical value,and will not have an impact on the incidence of postoperative complications,which plays an important role in clinical research.
