摘要
目的研究探讨对子宫瘢痕憩室进行治疗时使用宫腔镜电切治疗的效果和经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除缝合术治疗的效果。方法从2015年3月—2016年3月来该院进行剖宫产之后出现经期延长现象的子宫瘢痕憩室患者中随机选取90例,将其平均分为常规组和实验组,每组有患者45例。常规组病患采用宫腔镜电切进行治疗,而实验组患者采用经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除缝合术进行治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组病患住院的时间为(7.2±1.7)d,常规组病患住院的时间为(14.5±2.3)d,实验组病患住院的时间要明显短于常规组病患;实验组病患手术的时间为(2.6±0.2)h,手术中的出血量为(21.7±2.5)mL;常规组病患手术的时间为(4.7±1.8)h,手术中的出血量为(45.9±3.7)mL,实验组病患在手术时间以及手术出血量方面要少于常规组病患(P<0.05)。实验组病患在手术1个月之后其经期开始恢复正常,经期时间为5~7 d,但是在随访的过程发现有6例病患出现了病情复发的现象;常规组病患在手术1个月之后其经期开始恢复正常,经期时间为5~7 d,但是在随访的过程发现有6例病患出现了病情复发的现象,通过对比发现实验组的治疗效果要优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道子宫瘢痕憩室切除缝合术对子宫瘢痕憩室的治疗效果要优于宫腔镜电切的治疗效果,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To research and explore the different effect of hysteroscopic electric resection,transvaginalcesarean scardiverticulumresection and suture treating cesarean scardiverticulum.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital appear menstrual extension phenomenon of uterus after cesarean section scar diverticulum randomly selected 90 cases of patients,the average can be divided into conventional group and experimental group,each group has 45 cases of patients.Routine group of patients with hysteroscopic treatment,and the experimental group patients using transvaginal uterine scar diverticulum resection decompression treatment,compared two groups of patients' clinical therapeutic effect.Results The time of hospitalization was(7.2 ±1.7) d in the experimental group and(14.5 ±2.3) days in the conventional group.The time of hospitalization in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group.The time of operation was(2.6±0.2) h,the amount of bleeding during operation was(21.7±2.5) mL,the time of operation in the conventional group was(4.7±1.8) h,the amount of bleeding during operation was(45.9±3.7) ML,the experimental group of patients in the operation time and surgical bleeding is less than the conventional group of patients(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group had normal menstrual period after 5 months of operation,but there were 6 cases of recurrence in the follow-up period.In the routine group,After the menstrual period began to return to normal,menstrual period of 5~7 d,but in the follow-up process found that 6 cases of patients with recurrence of the phenomenon,by comparing the experimental group found that the treatment effect is better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of transvaginalcesarean scardiverticulumresection and suture treating cesarean scardiverticulum is better than that of hysteroscopic electric resection,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
