摘要
针对神东矿区浅埋工作面过山丘地形强矿压显现的问题,应用均匀设计和数值模拟的研究方法,建立山丘地形浅埋工作面应力增高系数与其主要影响因素之间的回归模型.研究结果表明:应力增高系数与山丘高度和采高成正比,与山丘坡角和工作面埋深成反比;各因素敏感性主次顺序为采高、山丘坡角、山丘高度、工作面埋深.以活鸡兔井12305面和上湾矿12206工作面在过山丘地形时的矿压监测值与回归结果进行对比,偏差最大值占监测值的4.5%,回归方程基本能够进行对山丘浅埋工作面矿压显现程度进行较为准确的预测.
For the problem of severe strata pressure of the shallow buried working face pass through the hill in Shendong mining area, research methods of uniform design and numerical simulation are applied to establish the regression model between the increased stress coefficient of shallow-buried face under the hill and the main influence factors. The results show that the increased stress coefficient is proportional to the mining height and the hill height, and inversely proportional to the hill slope angle and the depth of working face; the primary and secondary sequence of the factors sensitivity is mining height, hill slope angle, hill height, and depth of the working face. Compared with mine pressure monitoring values of Huojitu coal mine 12305 working face and Shangwan coal mine 12206 working face pass through the hill and their regression results, the maximum deviation is 4.4% of the monitored value. The strata behavior degree of the shallow buried working face under the hill can be relatively accurately forecasted by the regression equation.
