摘要
随着国家钢铁去产能的提速，各大小钢铁企业利润的下滑，导致新备件订货上越来越少，转而将下线的损坏设备进行修复再利用的趋势逐渐增多。我司在此背景下于2016年6月首次修复辽宁某钢铁企业PW标准型水冷气密箱，耗时近三个月成功修复改造，获得了用户的好评。随着第一台气密箱的成功修复，后期PW型气密箱修复订单接踵而来。在修复过程中，气密箱的驱动装置一行星差动减速箱的修复最为关键也困难重重，尤以试车过程中减速箱内部有异响最为典型。结合了修复过的数十台PW型水冷气密箱在试车时，行星差动减速箱出现的异响，进行判断与分析，并且对解决方法加以概述。
