摘要
两江新区消息，我市企业已经研发出全球顶级MEMS（微机电系统）传感器芯片，这种芯片将用于监测桥梁、隧道等市政设施，监测精度比传统监测方式提升10倍。该芯片采用了多项创新技术，获得32项周内与国际专利，其中10项为发明专利，打破了全球高端传感器芯片领域德国、美国、日本三足鼎立的格局。
According to an information from Liangjiang New Area, enterprises in Chongqing have developed the world＇s top MEMS （micro electro mechanical systems） sensor chip which can be used in municipal facilities like the monitoring of bridges, tunnels and etc. The monitoring accuracy of this new chip upgrades 10 times than the traditional detection modes. With multiple innovative technologies, this chip has gained 32 patents in home and abroad. Among them, 10 patents belong to the invention. Since the development of this chip, a situation of tripartite confrontation pattern which involves three countries： US, Japan and Germany in global high-end sensor chip was broken.
