摘要
目前SF_6气体分解物检测在电气设备故障分析中应用比较广泛,而由于新气中含有一定量的CF4含量,所以分析重点一般集中于H_2S、SO_2、HF、SO_2F_2等几种特征气体组分含量。本文将SF_6分解物测试与气相色谱分析相结合的方法应用于一起110kV SF_6气体断路器的故障诊断,结果表明除了对SF_6气体中SO_2、H_2S及HF等特征气体测试外,增加对CF_4含量组分的分析,可判断SF_6断路器内部固体绝缘情况,可确诊传统电气手段、单一分析分解产物不能发现的设备缺陷,确保设备安全运行。
At present, SF6 gas decomposition products analyze technology are widely used to diagnose the electric device status. According to the practical working situation, current SF6 decomposition analysis usually focus on H2S,SO2 HF and SO2 F2. The paper puts forward a new method which applied the gas chromatographic technology into SF6 decomposi- tion product test and analysis. The method was used to analyze a failure accident of 110kV SF6-insulation Breaker, test and analyze results showed that the new criterion of CF4 content can effectively reflect the internal solid insulation situa- tion. What's more, the breaker malfunction analysis based on SF6 gas chromatography technology can improve the accura- cy of diagnosis and ensure the security operation of power equipment.
