摘要
阐述了复合材料在上汽某SUV车型座椅靠背骨架上的应用研究情况。采用有限元分析方法对靠背骨架和头枕强度进行了评价。分析结果表明,应用复合材料靠背骨架的座椅可以满足设计要求,同时实现了单个座椅减重约1 060 g。
In this paper, the application of composite material in the seat back frame of a cer- tain SUV model of SAIC is described. And the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the strength of the backrest and the headrest. Analysis results show that the whole chair which applies the composite material back frame can meet the design requirements, meanwhile, achieving weight loss of 1060 grams per a single seat.
