光测量系统异常导致直流闭锁事故分析

摘要 对某直流运行期间发生的一起刀闸位置信号线接反导致直流保护动作的跳闸事故原因进行了分析,并针对事故原因提出了完整的改进措施,防止再次出现由于接线错误导致直流测量系统异常的事件,同时,为其他直流输电工程提供借鉴经验。 High voltage DC current measuring system output signal for DC control and protection equipment, measurement system of the stability of the DC operation is essential. Niu Zhai station since October 2013 monopolar test operation has been several cases of DC current measurement system abnormal DC measuring device and DC blocking alarm event. Control and protection misoperation and control failure risk for abnormalities of DC current measurement system, aiming at these risks, this paper on the occurrence from DC during operation with the knife switch position signal line reverse lead to tripping accident cause of DC protection are analyzed, and puts forward some measures to improve the integrity for the cause of the accident, to prevent again due to wiring errors lead to abnormal DC measurement system, at the same time, providing a reference for other HVDC project.
