摘要
根据某火电厂湿法烟气脱硫工艺系统和其配套脱硫废水工艺系统的工程设计运行要求,从脱硫废水提取系统入手进行分析设计优化,在满足脱硫废水外排标准规范要求前提下,降低上游脱硫吸收塔内浆液氯离子浓度、下游脱硫废水处理工艺系统运行负荷及整个烟气脱硫工艺系统的运行故障缺陷率,从而提高脱硫系统运行经济性。
According to the requirements of design and operation of wet flue gas desulfurization process system and its supporting desulfurization wastewater system of a thermal power plant,starting with the desulfurization wastewater extraction system,this paper carries out the analysis and design optimization.Under the premise of meeting the requirements of desulfurization wastewater discharge code and standard,reducing the chloride concentration of slurry inside the upstream desulphurization absorption tower,turning down the operating load of downstream desulfurization wastewater treatment process system and reducing the running failure rate of the entire flue gas desulfurization process system,thereby improving the economical efficiency of desulfurization system of the power plant.
