摘要
目的:观察益气活血通络法对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)综合评估分级为D组稳定期气虚痰瘀型患者的临床症状、肺功能及CAT评分的影响。方法:将40例COPD稳定期(D级)患者随机分为治疗组(20例)和对照组(20例),治疗组采用吸人沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸入剂50/500μg联合口服中药保肺定喘汤,对照组采用吸人沙美特罗氟替卡松粉吸人剂50/500μg,治疗3月后,评价两组患者临床症状积分、肺功能和CAT评分。结果:(1)治疗后两组患者症状积分比较具有统计学意义(P=0.002);(2)治疗后各项肺功能指标组间比较无统计学差异(P均>0.05);(3)治疗后治疗组患者CAT评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学差异(P=0.018)。结论:慢性阻塞性肺疾病D组稳定期运用益气活血通络法治疗可以改善气虚痰瘀型患者临床症状和生活质量。
Objective： To observe the effect of tonifying qi,promoting blood flow and dredging collaterals treatment on clinical symptoms,lung function and CAT score in 40 patients of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（ COPD）with qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods： Totally 40 stable COPD patients（ D group） with qi deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into experimental group 20 cases and control group 20 cases. Both groups inhaled the Seretide50/500 μg,1 suck twice a day. Meanwhile,the experimental group used Baofei Dingchuan Decoction,1 package,twice a day. Clinical symptoms,lung function and CAT score were observed after treated for three months. Results：（1）After treatment,the clinical symptoms score between the two groups were statistically different（ P = 0. 002）.（2）There was no significant difference of lung function between the two groups after treatment（ P〉0. 05）.（3）After treatment,the CAT scores between the two groups were statistically different（ P = 0. 018）. Conclusion： Tonifying qi,promoting blood flow and dredging collaterals method for stable COPD with qi deficiency and blood stasis could improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms and improve the patients＇ quality of life without improvement of lung function.
