摘要
目的探讨延续性Kegel运动训练对产后盆底肌力康复及尿失禁发生的影响。方法选择我院头位顺产的180例初产妇,随机均分为对照组和观察组。两组均给予常规产后护理,观察组产妇出院后进行延续性Kegel运动训练指导。6个月后比较两组产妇的盆底功能锻炼依从性、盆底肌张力康复效果、尿失禁发生率及盆腔器官脱出情况。结果观察组的盆腔器官脱出发生率、尿失禁发生率均显著低于对照组,盆底功能锻炼依从性、盆底肌张力康复效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论开展延续性Kegel运动训练指导能促进产妇产后盆底肌力康复,提高产妇盆底肌功能锻炼依从性,减少尿失禁和盆底器官脱出的发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of extended Kegel exercise training on postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and urinary incontinence. Methods 180 cases of primiparae with head-position spontaneous delivery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 90 cases in each group. All cases received routine postpartum nursing; in addition, the observation group received extended nursing guidance of Kegel exercise training after discharge. 6 months later, the compliance of pelvic floor functional exercise, rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle strength, and incidences of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse were compared between two groups. Results The incidences of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）, and the compliance of pelvic floor functional exercise and rehabilitation effect of pelvic floor muscle strength were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Extended Kegel exercise training guidance can promote the postpartum recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength ofprimiparae, improve the compliance of pelvic floor functional exercise, and reduce the incidences of urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
