摘要
对目前司法实践中醉酒型危险驾驶罪的入罪现状进行介绍,并分析目前该罪证据运用上存在的一系列问题,以期寻找到更合理的证据运用规则,从而为司法实践中的证据运用提供一定的理论指导。
The paper introduces the present situation of dangerous driving punishment in the present judi cial practice, and analyzes a series of problems existing in current crime evidence use, in order to find a more reasonable evidence use rules in judicial practice and to provide certain theoretical guidance for evidence use in judicial practice.
