摘要
本文建立了一种采用QuEChERS样品前处理方法,使用超高效液相色谱仪和三重四极杆质谱仪联用同时测定茄果类蔬菜中5种杀螨剂残留的方法。该方法在13 min内完成5种杀螨剂的分离,在1.0~100.0μg/L范围内线性良好,校准曲线相关系数均大于0.999,检出限0.014~0.222μg/L之间。在2种茄果类蔬菜基质(茄子、辣椒)下保留时间和峰面积相对标准偏差分别在0.086~0.165%和2.709~4.875%之间,加标回收率在94.7~101.8%之间。该方法分析速度快、重复性好、灵敏度高。
This paper establishes a method of QuEChERS sample pretreatment for the determination of five kinds of acaricide residues in solanaceous fruit vegetable by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Five kinds of aearicide residues in solanaceous fruit vegetable samples were separated in thirteen minutes. The linear range was 1.0-100.0 μg/L and correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999.The limits of detection for this proposed method was in the range of O.014-0.222μg/L. In two kinds of solanaceous fruit vegetable matrix (eggplant and pepper), the retention time and peak area relative standard deviations (RSD) were in the range of 0.086-0.165% and 2.709-4.875%. Average recoveries were in range of 94.7-101.8%. This method with high performance of extracting is rapid, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
