摘要
介绍了热流体系统仿真平台Flowmaster的特点。基于714K热等静压机URC(均匀快速冷却)冷却系统原理,在Flowmaster中建立了三维仿真模型,模拟了714K热等静压机URC冷却系统在不同工况下气体的流动与换热特性以及各种参数的分布与变化情况,可以得到空载分析、带载分析、自然冷却、安全分析等过程中热等静压机工作缸内各监测点的温度、压力分布状态和曲线,以及混合装置驱动氩气循环时各装置、通道氩气流动状态。
Characteristics of Flowmaster of thermal fluid system simulation platform has been described. Based on principle of 714K hot isostatic press uniform rapid cooling system, three dimensional simulation model has been established in Flowmaster, which simulated gas flow and heat transfer features of 714K hot isostatic press uniform rapid system under various working conditions as well as respective distribution and changing situation of parameters, it could work out temperature, pressure distribution status and curve of each monitoring spot for hot isostatic press working cylinder in the processes of no-load analysis, load analysis, natural cooling and safety analysis as well as argon flowing situation in various device and channel when argon was being circulated by mixed device.
