Research and Development of Prototypes for MWD of Formation Pressures

摘要 地层压力是钻井工程所需的重要参数。随钻测量地层压力精度高,根据该数据可提高钻井效率,降低钻井风险。通过三维可视化虚拟设计及插装式液压元件集成设计等方法,解决了高输出压力微型液压系统研发等关键技术,研制了地层压力随钻测量原理样机。建立了井下环境模拟实验装置,通过对比实验装置预设值与测量短节测量值,验证了样机测量原理的正确性。在模拟井内考察了原理样机整机工作稳定性,从指令下发、仪器启动、探头坐封到抽吸流体等一系列动作准确无误,样机各功能短节匹配合理。原理样机的研制成功为工程样机的研发奠定了技术基础。 Formation pressures are key parameters in drilling engineering. With high accuracy, MWD formation pressures can be used to enhance drilling efficiency and minimize drilling risk. By using 3D visual virtual design and integral design of plug-and-play hydraulic elements, key techniques have been developed for miniature hy- draulic systems with high output pressures. In fact, prototypes for MWD of formation pressures have been developed. In addition, testing apparatus for simulation of downhole environments have been constructed. By comparing pre-set values with measured values in measuring subs, accuracy of such prototypes can be verified. Reliability of such pro- totypes have been reviewed in the simulation well as well. Test results show these prototypes can perform a series of actions, from order issuing, instrument stait-up, seating of sensors to suction of relevant fluids, accurately. At the same time, various functional subs cooperated well with each other. Successful development of such prototypes may provide reliable foundation for research and development of engineering prototypes in future.
