摘要
由于时过境迁,对于民国以前各种历史文献及研究资料的整理出版十分有必要,但为了让读者对各种已有文本能够充分的理解而进行一定的注释,这也是极其重要的。作为人文社会科学的学术规范要求,需要对各种文本的注释一定要在实地调查的基础上客观、准确、真实地予以表述。
It is necessary to sort out the various historical documents and research materials before the Republic of China, but it is also very important to make the readers have some explanations on the ex- isting texts. The academic norms of humanities and social sciences require the annotation of various texts should be based on the field survey objective ,accurate and true.
