摘要
本文针对微型植物工厂设计了一种营养液循环系统,用以智能化调控植物生长环境。该系统采用高性能的STM32F407VET6单片机作为微控制器,RW1820B温度传感器实现精确采集营养液温度,高性能缓冲放大器ADA4505和STM32单片机片内高精度模数转换器(ADC)实现营养液pH值的采集,利用非接触式超声波方式采集营养液液位,基于微控制器高效运算与逻辑分析结果,通过加热器、制冷器、蠕动泵及水泵调控植物的生长环境。该系统可以高精度地感知系统的环境状况并对系统做出相应调控,实现微型植物工厂营养液循环系统的精确调节。
In this paper, a nutrient solution circulation system is designed to control the plant growth environment. The system uses high performance STM32F407VET6 MCU and RW1820B temperature sensor to achieve accurate acquisition of nu- trient solution temperature, uses high performance ADA4505 buffer amplifier and A/D converter of STM32 single chip to collect the pH value of high precision nutrient solution, uses the non-contact ultrasonic to collect nutrition liquid ,level, then it controls the plant growth environment based on the efficient computation and logic analysis results of micro controller. The system can accurately perceive the environmental parameters and make corresponding control to realize the precise adjustment of the nutrient solution circulating system.
