摘要 AP1000机型是先进的第3代压水堆,它具有非能动性、安全可靠、模块化建造等特点。AP1000堆内构件与CPR1000堆内构件比较,在结构、材料等方面均有差异,这些差异使得AP1000堆内构件在制造过程中能够参考借鉴CPR1000堆内构件制造经验的方面较少,焊接、装配、机加、检查等制造过程都面临新的技术难题,存在许多需要进行攻关的项次。本文梳理出AP1000堆内构件的制造难点与要点,可为相关人员提供参考、借鉴。 AP1000 is an advanced reactor of the third generation pressurized water reactor. It has the characteristics of passive, safe, reliable and modular construction. Comparing between RVI of AP1000 and RVI of CPRI000, there are many differences in structure and materials, these differences make the RVI of AP1000 can not refer to RVI of CPR1000 manufacturing experience used frequently in manufacturing process. Many new technical problems in welding, assembling, machining, inspection and so on are encountered, and the manufacturing difficulties are needed to overcome to provide a reference for the reader.
