摘要
通过从病种成本的产生过程、产生依据、收费标准,从病种成本与病种结算之间的量变关系,探讨病种结算标准体系的合理构建,提出病种结算体系应包括建立以社保三大目录为依据的临床路径最低结算标准,剔除由病人意愿产生的影响结算标准合理性的超标服务、高值耗材与高价药品,以病例分型测算临床路径收费成本变异系数,以医院等级确定临床路径实际成本变异系数,建立当地病种结算标准指南。
This paper explores the reasonable construction of disease settlement standard system based on production process and source of costs, charging standards and the quantitative relationship between disease and settlement, putting for-ward clinical path minimum settlement standard and regulate a major guideline for settlement standard for local diseases by ex-cluding the excessive service from patients wills, high value consumables and high - priced drugs based on clinical path cost variation coefficient measured by disease typing and actual cost variation coefficient determined by class of hospital.
