摘要
目的:探讨安全性护理对神经外科患者住院期间跌倒发生率的影响。方法:选取神经外科2015年8~12月收治的100例患者为安全性护理组,给予安全性护理预防跌倒。另选取神经外科2015年1~5月收治的100例患者为对照组,给予常规护理。比较两组患者跌倒知识及态度得分,跌倒事件的发生率以及患者家属对护理工作满意度。结果:安全性护理组的跌倒知识得分、态度得分、总分均高于对照组,跌倒发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。安全性护理组家属对护理满意人数多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安全性护理可有效提高神经外科患者的防护知识,减少跌倒的发生。
Objective：To discuss the influence of safety nursing on fall incidence rate of neurosurgical patients during their hospitalization. Methods： Select-ed 100 neurosurgical patients admitted from August to December 2015 as safety nursing group, and they received the safety nursing to prevent fall, and 100 neurosurgical patients admitted from January to May 2015 as control group, and they received the routine nursing. The patients from two groups were com-pared in scoring of knowledge of fall and attitude, fall incidence rate, as well as the families＇ satisfaction with nursing work. Results ： The patients from safety nursing group had higher fall knowledge score, attitude score, and total score, as well as a lower fall incidence rate than the patients from control group , and the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. The patients from safety nursing group had a higher families＇ satisfaction with nursing work , and the difference was of statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ： Safety nursing could effectively improve the protection knowledge of neuro-surgical patients and reduce their fall incurrence.
