摘要
提供一种合成芳香双酰胺化合物的新方法:采用二氯甲烷作溶剂,3种双酰氯作为底物,在25℃下与5种芳胺反应,合成15种芳香双酰胺化合物。该方法反应条件温和,后处理简单。并在其基础上发现,采用超声波辐射法能有效缩短反应时间,提高反应产率,是合成此类化合物一种新的有效途径。结果表明,采用超声波辐射法制备芳香双酰胺,不需要加催化剂,选择n(胺):n(酰氯)=2.05∶1的投料比,50mL二氯甲烷(酰氯0.25mmol),25℃下超声反应15min,抽滤洗涤,所有产物的产率均大于90%。
In order to providing a new method to synthesize aromatic bisamides, we used three kinds of bisacid chlorides and five kinds of aromatic amine compounds as the starting materials to synthesize fifteen aromatic bisamides at 25 ℃.The method has the advantages of mild conditions and simple post-treatment. And based on the findings,adopting ultrasonic is an effective method to shorten the reaction time and improve the reaction yield.Experimental results showed, all compounds get more than 90% yield by ultrasonic radiation fifteen minutes with the mole ratio of amine/acyl chloride 2.05 : 1, CH2Cl2 50 mL(0.25 mmol bisacid chloride) , and filtering under suction without any catalyst at room temperature.
