摘要
试验选取21只湖寒杂交(小尾寒羊为母本,湖羊为父本)后代母羊,对其产后1~30 d的泌乳量及乳成分变化规律进行了研究。结果显示:湖寒杂交后代母羊产后1~30 d泌乳性能较高,总泌乳量36.93 kg±2.50 kg,平均日泌乳量1.23 kg±0.08 kg,泌乳曲线方程Y=736x^(0.635)e^(-0.071t);随着泌乳天数的增加,乳的密度、冰点、酸度、可溶固形物、非脂固形物和乳蛋白变化差异均不显著(P>0.05);乳糖含量逐渐增加,而酸度、可溶固形物、乳蛋白和乳脂肪的含量基本呈降低趋势(第1天除外)。以上研究结果可为制定舍饲绵羊早期断奶策略及进行科学饲养管理提供基础资料。
In this study,21 Hu sheep and Small-tail han sheep erossbred ewes were selected to study the ehanges of the milk yield and milk composition during postpartum 1-30 days. The results showed that the Hu sheep and Small-tail han sheep crossbred ewes had high lactation performance in postpartum 1-30 milk yield was 36.93 kg ± 2.50 kg,and the average daily milk production was 1.23 kg ± 0.08 kg. The lactation days was Y=736x^0.635e^0.071t. Along with the increase of number of days of lactation,the increase of density, days. The 30 days' total curve equation of 1-30 freezing point, acidity, and content of milk soluble solids,non fat solids and protein were not significant (P 〉0.05). In addition, the milk lactose content increased gradually,but the changes of acidity,the content of milk soluble solids, non fat solids,protein and fat showed a decline trend. The results above would provide some basic data for the determination of early weaning strategies and scientific feeding management in confinedsheep.
