摘要
针对磷复肥生产中喷浆造粒干燥机的操作环境好、返料倍数低、能耗低等特点,介绍了其工艺操作参数和传热容积的计算方法,并以硝基复合肥为例,介绍了喷浆造粒干燥机的传热容积的详细计算过程。
For the spray granulator used in the production of phosphate fertilizer which as good operating environment,low material return,and low energy consumption,the operating parameters and the calculation of the volume of the heat transfer is described,and the nitro compound fertilizer is taken as an example to highlight the detailed calculation process of heat transfer volume of the spray granulation dryer.
