摘要
目的探讨TSP和PBL整合教学模式在内科护理学技能实践课程教学中的应用效果。方法选取该校60名2014级四年制本科护理学员作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30名,试验组采用TSP联合PBL模式教学,对照组应用PBL方法带教,最后对学员进行成绩考核结果及满意度调查结果评定。结果试验组学员成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05),96.67%的学生希望在今后的实践课程中开展TSP结合PBL教学模式。结论在内科护理学技能实践课程教学中采用TSP与PBL整合教学模式效果显著,值得在护理实践课程教学中推广。
Objective To study the application effect of TSP and PBL teaching model in the nursing skill practice course teaching in the department of medicine.Methods 60 cases of patients with nursing staff in four-year system in 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the test group adopted the TSP and PBL teaching model,while the control group applied the PBL method for teaching,finally the examination results and satisfactory degree of the students were evaluated.Results The score in the test group was obviously better than that in the control group(P<0.05),and 96.67% of students expected to conduct the TSP and PBL teaching model in the future practice course.Conclusion The TSP and PBL teaching model effect in the nursing skill practice course teaching in the department of medicine is obvious,which is worth promotion in the nursing practice course teaching.
