摘要
对广场舞的特点及其对中老年人健康的作用进行阐述,并尝试通过分层护理模式给予社区中老年人运动指导,为构建适合中老年人运动保健的社区护理模式提供参考。
It elaborated the characteristics of square dance and its effect on the health of the middle-aged andelderly people,and tried to give the community middle aged and elderly people sports guidance through stratified nursing model so as to provide a reference for the construction of community health care model suitable for middle-aged and elderly people.
