摩托车减震器外特性畸变分析与对策

摘要 外特性畸变的原因很复杂,特别是高频外特性畸变,更是特定环境与速度下使得丰满的示功图出现缺陷。这种缺陷大部分出现在乘骑速度达到0.7 m/时,在复原阻力初期塌陷或者是"靴型";也有结构设计不合理或者复原、压缩阀系匹配出现问题,乘骑速度在低速时发生畸变;运动油优劣也是造成外特性畸变的一个重要原因。 The reasons for the distortion of outside characteristics of is very complex, especially the distortion of high-frequency characteristics. The speed makes the plump work show defects under specific environment. Most of the defect occur when the ride speed reaches 0.7 m/h, and collapse at the beginning of the restoration resistance or "shoe type". There is also a structural design unreasonable or recovery, a compression valve matching problem occurs, and riding speed occurs at low speed distortion. The advantages and disadvantages of moving oil are also caused by the external characteristics of an important reason for distortion.
