摘要
目的分析青海省2013年-2015年艾滋病确证实验室收检的不同人群人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体复检呈阳性反应样品的确证符合率,为提高本省艾滋病检测能力提供科学依据。方法采用免疫印迹试验(WB)方法,对复检呈阳性反应的样品进行确证试验。结果复检样品中确证结果为阳性、阴性和不确定的比例分别为76.8%、15.3%和7.9%;2013年、2014年和2015年的确证阳性率分别为75.9%、77.1%和77.4%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=11.9,P<0.05);阳性者子女、配偶或性伴的确证阳性率最高,达100.0%,男男性行为者(MSM)次之,确证阳性率为95.5%,再次为性病门诊就诊者,确证阳性率为87.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=310.4,P<0.01)。结论全省各级各类筛查实验室的艾滋病检测能力逐年提升。男男性行为者和性病门诊就诊者是本省当前艾滋病检测和发现的重点和高危人群。
Objective To analyze the confirmatory coincidence of collected human immunodeficiency virus （HIV） antibody pos- itive specimens from acquired immunodefieiency syndromes（AIDS） screening labs from 2013 to 2015, so as to provide scientific evidence for the improvement of HIV/AIDS detection in Qinghai province. Methods Using Western blotting（WB） method, HIV antibody positive specimens were re - tested and further confirmed. Results The proportion of confirmatory positive, neg- ative and unconfirmed outcome among collected specimens were 76.8% , 15.3% and 7.9% respectively; the confirmatory rate for positive outcome in 2013, 2014 and 2015 were 75.9%, 77.1% and 77.4% respectively, with the differences statistically significant （X2 = 11.9, P 〈 0.05 ） ; the confirmatory rate for positive outcome among the children, spouse and sex partner of HIV infected person was the highest（ 100% ） , which was followed by men who have sex with men（MSM） , with the positive rate of confirmatory as 95.5%, sex transmitted diseases（STD） clients as 87.6%, and with the differences statistically significant （X2 =- 310.4, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The HIV/AIDS detection level is being improved gradually in laboratories at all levels. MSM and STD clients are key as well as risk population in HIV/AIDS detection in Qinghai.
