当归芍药散对糖尿病模型鼠学习记忆功能和脑内炎症因子的实验研究 被引量:9

Effect of Danggui-Shaoyao-San on the learning and memory function and inflammatory factors in diabetic rats

摘要 目的研究当归芍药散对糖尿病小鼠学习记忆功能和脑内炎症因子释放的影响。方法雄性ICR小鼠腹腔注射链脲佐菌素建立糖尿病模型,通过Moris水迷宫实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力,利用试剂盒测定糖尿病小鼠血糖水平及海马组织中IL-1β、TNF-α和NO含量。结果在水迷宫实验中,与模型组相比,当归芍药散低、高剂量组逃避潜伏期明显缩短,错误次数显著减少;在试剂盒检测小鼠血糖水平和炎症因子实验中,与模型组相比,当归芍药散可明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,减少海马组织中IL-1β、TNF-α和NO的释放。结论当归芍药散在改善糖尿病小鼠血糖的同时,还可以通过抗炎的方式恢复其学习记忆能力,既能够缓解糖尿病脑病患者的糖尿病症状,又能帮助其改善认知障碍。 Objective To study the effects of Danggui - Shaoyao - San on learning and memory ability and the inflammatory cy- tokines in brains of diabetic mice. Methods Diabetes was induced by streptozotocin injection in male ICR mice. The ability of learning and memory in mice were measured via water maze test, and glucose in plasma and the content of IL - 1β, TNF - α and NO in the hippocampus of mice were detected by kits respectively. Results DSS could significantly shortened the escape latency time in water maze test compared with model group, with fault time reducing; DSS could also can dramatically decrease the release of IL - 1β, TNF - αand NO in hippocampus compared with model group. Conclusion Our findings suggested that DSS could ameliorate the cognitive dysfunction in streptozotoein - induced diabetic mice. It can also be used to restore the abili- ty of learning and memory, which can not only ease the symptoms of diabetes in patients with diabetic encephalopathy, but also help improve cognitive impairment.
